Welcome to Hamilton Jeet Kune Do

We offer adult (14+) classes in Jeet Kune Do, every Tuesday and Thursday evening. Everyone is welcome. All fitness and experience levels will find something useful. Each class has multiple, qualified and certified instructors on hand to help. We believe in keeping the classes small, and the quality high.
Still not sure? Why not come and watch a class, or better yet, participate free for your first month! We believe in the effectiveness of this art, and the environment we have created, and we would love for you to come see for yourself.

Hamilton Jeet Kune Do is a family of martial arts friends who have trained and tested together for years in an art that is both challenging and rewarding. Our classes teach technique and theory with traditional and non traditional methods.
Every class includes:
- One on one face time with an instructor for new students
- A good work out that includes an understanding of the material and how to use it
- A curriculum that is vast, yet easy to follow and effective
